Optimist, Social Change Maker, Polyglot
My passion for filmmaking started when I was 20 years old. At the time, I was doing my civilian service for a non-profit organisation that took care of the handicapped. I produced my first documentary and was amazed about how happy the workers and the handicapped where while watching the film. At this moment, I understood that movies are one of the most powerful ways to tell a story and inspire people.
The international breakthrough happened in 2014, after Muammer Yilmaz (humanist, journalist, filmmaker, conference host and the most important my brother - www.muammer.fr) and I had travelled the world in 80 days without money. This journey full of positive messages about humanity had attracted the media all over the world. We had filmed everything and together with the French TV Channel Voyage we produced a 10x 26min. TV series and a full length documentary.
In 2016 we decided to donate all the money that we had made with our first book “Around the world in 80 days without money” to the realization of dreams of people in Africa. This 3 month long journey resulted in a full length selfproduced documentary which has already been shown in 7 countries. It has been seen by thousands of people and has been translated into 3 languages. By the end of this year, it will be shown in the national movie theaters in France.
When I am not in big adventures, I live in Berlin (since 2008). I do commercial projects for great people who run awesome companies. These projects allow me to travel the rest of the year and to use my talent to bring to life stories from NPO, refugees, artists and humanitarian workers all over the world.
I have lived, studied and worked in 8 countries and have travelled to more than 45 countries. During these years I have learned how to speak fluent German, English, French and Spanish. This allowed me to cultivate deep relationships in all my personal and professional projects.
I love filmmaking and people.
I love to tell stories with meaning.
I love to work for good causes.
Do you have a great idea that you want to bring to life?
